WHere is a home-style interpretation of a cocktail from a new cocktail list. This is a large-volume pre-mixed that is bursting with essence of a holiday season, rendering it perfect for a festive gathering. Reserve the remaining cordial to use in brunch beverages, desserts, or to mix additional servings of this cocktail.

Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
For the Cocktail (makes 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml decent vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
A few cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Directions
To prepare the Cordial: Place every items inside a pot, bring to a light boil, mixing to dissolve. Next, turn off the burner and leave to reach room temperature fully. Decant into a clean bottle, cap it keeping it in the fridge, it can be stored for about one month.
For the Batch Mix: Mix every spirits and syrup into a big jug, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then filter it , ideally through muslin, so it's completely strained.
For serving: Measure 85ml from the premix into your mixing glass filled with ice, gently stirring carefully for one minute to chill. Pour into a cold coupe glass or similar, garnish with a few cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a light spray with the mandarin essence over the top.
